This experience takes you to where FLAMEL’s ideas are born: first through the spaces of the Mixology Bar, then into our urban garden, where you will choose the bouquet of herbs that will make your gin unique.
Guided by our Mixologist, you will work together with the selected botanicals and spices, distilling them with the Rotavapor and transforming perfumes and intuitions into a real spirit.
While the “still” does its work, you will move to the FLAMEL Restaurant for a four-course tasting menu, accompanied by a pairing of cocktails and wines designed to enhance each dish.
It is a convivial moment, perfect for enjoying as a couple, where the dinner becomes part of the story.
At the end of the experience, you will receive a 500 ml bottle of the gin you created together: a unique, fragrant and unrepeatable keepsake.
